Travel Tips

What to Pack what to Pack!

That is the question.
Here are a few things, besides the basics that I never leave home without.

1.  A travel towel. You may have towels in the places you are staying in, or you might be able to rent them along the way but it is always good to have one with you incase you get are stuck in a rainstorm or find that amazing swimming place along the way. Make sure to get an XL as the smaller ones wont fit around your body, making it an akward move from the shared hostel shower to your room.

2. Dark-long sleeve base layer. Useful for everything, in the heat you can wear it to cover up, when your trekking you can use it as a base layer, it is good to throw on after the shower and on those slightly cooler evenings. All around comfort clothing.

3. Something you feel good in. Nothing is worse than travelling through Europe where everyone seems to have the latest fashions and all you have brought is baggy cargo pants. A pair of skinny jeans or a tights and dress can go a long way when you feeling wore from a trip.

4. A scarf! I almost always have one with me, but it can come in handy when visiting temples, churches or mosques. It can also be used a pillow, keep you warm, protect from the sun and jazz up an outfit! I am personally into the infinity scarf but some inspiration for ways of wearing a scarves are here.
